Self-important businessman Joseph thinks this visit will just be routine and treats the doctor like an employee. He wants some boxes ticked on his insurance form and then he can get back to his high flying meetings and excessive partying with prostitutes. But the doctor takes personal health very seriously and refuses to give Joseph what he wants until he fully submits to his humiliating examination.
